As per customer’s requires, Prime was able to work with overseas partners to develop quality wooden bins from plywood boards. True to Prime quality standards, stringing strength integrity tests of the board was carried out.
Tensile strength test is based on GB/T 17657-2013 standards, performed on 25mm wide stripe of plywood specimens. They are cut to half of the thickness. Specimens are soaked in 63°C water for 3 hours and left in room temperature for minimum 10 mins. In the left image, plywood specimens’ breaking strengths are written on individual specimens. Destructive tests are also carried out with forklifts to test construction method and fasteners. Prime makes sure all plywoods meet the quality standards and wooden bins are going to last under normal daily use.
