FAQ

What is the difference between continuous and sectional screw flights?

Continuous screw flights are formed in a single helix, ideal for smooth material flow, while sectional flights are individual segments welded together—better suited for variable pitch or heavy-duty mixing.

Can I order flights in stainless steel for food-grade use?

Yes, we offer stainless steel continuous screw flights for hygienic and corrosion-resistant applications in food and pharmaceutical industries.

Do you offer custom pitch or outside diameter?

Absolutely. All our flights can be fabricated to your exact diameter, pitch, and shaft requirements.
