Our Bin Tipper

Prime’s Bin Tipper is a specialized and efficient equipment designed for safely dumping bulk materials from bins to the next processing stage. This equipment uses pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric systems to lift and tilt bins containing materials, then dump the materials onto conveyors, cleaning equipment, or other processing machinery. Prime offers both single-bin electric bin tippers and multi-position bin dumping systems.

Features

  • Electric Tipping: 135º tipping angle ensures complete discharge of materials from the bin.
  • Capacity: Suitable for bins ranging from half a cubic meter to one cubic meter.
  • Pneumatic Air Bag Lifting: Adaptable to different bin heights within the lifting range of the airbag system.
  • Automatic Pneumatic Lid Door: Prevents material spillage during tipping, reducing material loss and breakage.
  • Touch Screen Control: Allows for the setting and control of each action time, with remote control start and stop functionality.
  • Auto Return: The equipment automatically returns to its initial state after completing the tipping process, ready for the next cycle.

Specifications

  • Dual-position models are designed to load the full bin at the lower position and remove empty bins at the upper position.
  • Tripple-position models are designed to load the full bin at position 1, then slide sideways to position 2 for tipping, at last siding to position 3 for stacking up to 3 bins high for economic forklift travel.
